*All Students must complete a student information form as part of registration so that we have emergency contact information, etc.

*  Pre-registration is required for each session.

* We would GREATLY appreciate payment by check or cash to help us avoid PayPal fees.

There are three way to register and pay:

1. Use our online registration and indicate you will be paying by check by selecting this option.

2. Pay via Pay Pal on our online registration 

3. send an email to info@bigcircleartstudio.com letting us know you would like to enroll your child and will pay by check, and either mail it or bring to class.

*If you are enrolling past the start date and would  like to receive a pro-rated tuition, please email to register, for more information, and mailing address.

 

* If time is short, please email Jessica at info@bigcircleartstudio.com to let me know you intend to enroll. I will send you class information. You can pay by check and fill out the student information form at the first class. Thank you!!

* You may enroll up to the third class and we will pro-rate tuition.. Pro-rated tuition is non-refundable.
